four for the core

MISSION

Our goal is to target, build and educate County and Precinct Committees to execute these Four for the Core election integrity principles

Phase One

Phase I requires the completion of the Four Pillar questionnaire, which you will receive after registration.

Objective:

Collect the following ON RECORD responses from your respective officials and report back to the Four Core Team.
The responses from each County (or equivalent) will determine next steps for Phase Two.
Use one of Two Templates, A or B
Template A = Use this Template if your County (or equivalent) is in the bottom 90% Population in your State.
Template B = Use this Template if your County (or equivalent) is in the top 10% Population in your State.

Questions to ask your respective officials which impact VOTER ROLL ACCURACY:

REGISTRATIONS:

  1. Will the County (or equivalent) commit to removing ineligible voter registrations if they are proven to be ineligible?
  2. Will the County (or equivalent) offer, to the public, voter rolls for free or for a nominal cost, to ensure fraudulent registrations do not reappear?
  3. Is the County (or equivalent) willing to dump the entire voter roll and require eligible voters to re-register in person with a valid ID?

Questions to ask your respective officials which impact PRIMITIVITY: MACHINES & HAND

COUNTING:

  1. Will the County (or equivalent) commit to removing electronic voting equipment if they can be proven unreliable?
  2. Will the County (or equivalent) commit to using only paper ballots counted by hand?
  3. If the County (or equivalent) is UNWILLING to abandon electronic voting equipment, are they willing to hand-count the paper ballots generated by the machines? (Critical to ensure total ballots match the number of voters.)

One question to ask your respective officials which impact SECURITY: THE REMOVAL OF DROP

BOXES:

  1. Will the County (or equivalent) commit to removing and banning drop boxes which leave elections vulnerable to malicious actors? (This prevents ballot harvesting.)

Final question, for all counties outside the top 10% Population, impacting TRANSPARENCY:

REPORTING TOTALS IN A TIMELY MANNER:

  1. Will your County (or equivalent) be willing to hold back vote totals until the top 10% County (or equivalent) report their results? (This will ensure the larger counties cannot artificially inflate “needed” Votes.)

Phase Two

Phase II will begin once a county (or equivalent) has submitted accurate and complete information pertaining to the four pillars of Phase I. If officials indicate willingness to comply with any of the four pillars, your feedback will place the county on a priority list for action and focus from subject matter experts on the indicated pillar (for example, experts on machines will focus on the county to convince officials to abandon electronic elections equipment).

Precinct Strategy Principles:

Please refer to this website, https://precinctstrategy.com/resources/  if not already familiar, regarding the local Civic process to learn why support from the County Elections Office, Precinct Committee and County GOP (as well as every elected official currently in office) is needed.

EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS & PROCESSES

We are in the process of establishing Teams for each County, Nationwide.

As you wait for further instruction (coming in January) we are asking everyone to ensure they are familiar with the Civic Process in preparation to move forward with phase Two:
